• A figure that is wrong. If a specification on this site does not match the manufacturer's current documentation, tell us and send the link if you have it. These get read first.
• A product that has been discontinued. A recommendation for something you cannot buy is the failure mode that matters most here, and readers usually spot it before we do.
• A question the site does not answer. If you came looking for something specific and left without it, that is a page we should have written.
• A source we should be citing. If an organization has published a measurement in one of these categories and we are not citing it, we want to know.

We cannot diagnose a specific plumbing fault remotely, and we will not pretend to. If water is coming from somewhere you cannot identify, or a shut-off valve will not close, that is a job for a plumber who can see it — and our troubleshooting guides say so wherever it applies.

We also cannot tell you what a product costs. We publish no prices, deliberately: every buy link goes to the retailer where the current figure is shown, and the reasoning is on our affiliate disclosure page.

If a specification on this site is out of date, send the current documentation and it will be corrected. We are glad to link to a specification sheet that is more complete than the one we found.
